The Better Burque Tactical Urbanism Team (BBTUT) today encountered some construction signage not up to installation code according to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).

So we fixed it.

The stretch of smack dab in the middle of the goddamn bike lane signage continued for quite a while, but a few stops and “cone” tugs later, we had it looking like this throughout.

These days require some form of citizen action big or small every day. This was BBTUT’s action for today.
