I was in the middle of yet another 1,500 word riveting ramble on HAWK signals, median refuges, traffic fatalities and other in no way boring or depressing topics, when I found myself becoming more and more interested in researching my bike “tour” to Santa Fe tomorrow instead. While my little four-day City Different jaunt doesn’t start until tomorrow, nothing says the onslaught of bike infrastructure rants can’t be temporarily suspended a bit early.

In other words, BB is taking a few days off. Writing about bicycles is fun, but not nearly as fun as riding the damn things.  Be back in a few…
