Pleasant Sight to Start our Weekend: Separated Tempo-MUP on Chappell Rd.

Sure it could be wider for two-way Multi-Use Path (MUP) traffic, and, yeah, that last part looks to be in process to be raised, but let’s think instead of all the places around town where a wall like this would be oh so great to have in place.  I nominate Isleta Blvd. in the South Valley to be first, but admit that’s being a bit selfish.
