I’m finishing up a month-long trip to Japan (Osaka, Onomichi, Hiroshima, Kyoto). It took this sandwich to get me to post about my trip, very possibly the greatest sojourn I’ve undertook. No, definitely so. Now the photos, first the packaging and then the perhaps overly wide reveal:

Maybe the best of about 30 meals out I’ve had in Japan this past month. But there are so many solid contestants to this honor. Damn tasty.
