Rode several crossings of the roiling (yes, I get to use that word) Rio Grande River this past Sunday, and, in addition to medium to high roil, it appeared to be in a wash cycle:
Does anyone know the source of this bubbling, detergent-meets-Styrofoam-esque material coating the River’s surface?
It was a bit disconcerting to see, but my mind always goes to Chernobyl whenever I see anything possibly resembling pollution.
Anybody got the scoop on this detergent, so to speak?
