Last minute reminder that today is the deadline for comments on the latest/last draft of the area’s 2040 Metropolitan Transportation Plan. BB has passed along a few thoughts on its earlier draft, and will here only send along one graph newly included as a performance “target” in Appendix I of the document.

Any thoughts on the following “target” for NM roadway fatalities, remembering the deadline for comments is today? Think we can (if we try really, really hard) reach such lofty numbers of dead roadway users?
